The prestigious Corinthian Club is putting all of its cards on the table this summer with the announcement of an all-new, cutting-edge casino experience. The club has previously won numerous awards.
The Cotton Club will be a 1920s-style boutique casino and cocktail bar, and it will be an exciting new addition to Glasgow’s late-night scene. The Cotton Club will pay tribute to Harlem’s jazz era.
Those who believe Lady Luck is on their side are invited to play at any of the live tables, which include American Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker, and Punto Banco. For newcomers willing to put their cards on the table, “learn to play” facilities are also available.
The evocative venue, which represents a significant investment by the venue, is set to revolutionize the Bovada casino experience. It will offer gaming, drinking, and dining in a speakeasy-style setting with two levels and an underground location. Linda Darby, General Manager of The Cotton Club, expressed her excitement at the prospect of introducing something new and exciting to Glasgow’s casino scene.
Linda stated, “We will be delivering Glasgow something very different from the city’s current casino offering.”
“The Cotton Club will provide a completely new casino concept that will compete with everything else available in the UK other than London.”
“The Cotton Club will be a high-quality facility open to people who want to enjoy Glasgow’s best gaming experience as well as those who just want to talk over some classic cocktails and snacks.”
“The 1920s speakeasy vibe will be felt throughout the casino, and it will be a critical component of the overall experience, including everything from the dimly lit atmosphere and music to the staff’s vintage, handmade attire,” says the casino’s website.
“We are pleased to bring something unique and interesting to the table, but more broadly, we want to provide a welcoming and safe environment for Glasgow revelers who are out late at night.”
“We are working on major plans for the debut night at the end of August, and we hope that everyone will come out and witness The Cotton Club’s one-of-a-kind experience.”
Acclaimed designer Jim Hamilton, whose previous projects include Cotton Club launch release Blythswood Square in Glasgow, Tigerlily in Edinburgh, and Forgan’s in St Andrews, has sought to create a highly atmospheric, underground venue reminiscent of the original Cotton Club’s jazz era.
